First Line, through its regional office in Singapore, EuroTec, has been awarded the RO pressure vessel and RO skid rack supply contracts by Sanli M&E Engineering Pte Ltd for national water agency PUB’s Tuas NEWater Factory Phase 2 and Changi NEWater Factory 3. Both facilities are designed to produce up to 50 million gallons per day (approximately 220MLD) of high-grade reclaimed water, utilising advanced membrane and disinfection technologies to transform wastewater into ultra-clean, high-grade reclaimed water to support Singapore’s long-term water resilience objectives.

First Line / EuroTec will design, fabricate, and deliver more than 4,500 ASME-compliant RO pressure vessels alongside 180 engineered RO skid racks in total for both projects, meeting stringent engineering and quality standards accordance with project specifications.
